Don't compare naruto. I was never annoyed when he said it. Because whenever he said it, there was a scene with a proper dialogue. There was a story going on and they had meaning in conversations. In this anime, they don't have a story or a character development that I feel a connection to, so every time they say it, it's hollow and meaningless more and more. That's why it's annoying.
